Unless a book's condition is good given its age, we have taken the utmost care to describe
it in a fair way. In case it is the buyer's opinion that we had failed to do so, a book may
be returned within 7 days. All books are in octavo format unless otherwise stated. Prices
are in Euros. Postage will be added to the invoice. We are not allowed to charge VAT.

first-time customers after receipt of payment; from regular customers payment is required
within 14 days after receiving your books.

Eurogiro with IBAN: NL20 INGB 0007 9544 36, and with Bank Identification Code BIC: INGB NL2A.
From all other countries all costs of bank transfers should be carried by the buyer. Alternatively,
or preferably, you can pay by AMEX, VISA or Mastercard, mentioning card number, expiration date and
the cardholder’s name and address; for VISA and Mastercard also the Card Validation Code cvc must be
given which is the 3-figure number at the end at the back of your card. For security reasons we ask
you to send us the number etc. of your credit card by fax, by telephone or by secure, encrypted e-mail
(that is, for instance, use SSL between yourself and your provider; we do the same between our provider
and ourselves).
